FAULT TREATMENT
• When the communication line is blocked between the Electronics and the
controller. Solution: Please reconnect or change the communication line.
• When there is no signal from the Electronics. Solution: Replace or repair the
Electronics.
• Motor cable is not connected. Solution: Check the connection.
• No voltage output or abnormal signals from the controller. Solution: Replace or
repair the controller.
• Motor cable is not connected. Solution: Check the connection.
• The controller is emitting an abnormal signal. Solution: Replace or repair the
controller.
• Treadmill motor load exceeds the rated current. Solution: Operate within the
motor's rated current.
• Treadmill motor assembly structure problems, causing the motor to be blocked or
have resistance. Solution: Check the structure of the treadmill and remove any
blockages.
• Control system failure is limiting. Solution: Replace or repair the controller.
• Safety magnet is off. Solution: Ensure the safety magnet is correctly positioned.
• The Electronic Safety Lock system is malfunctioning. Solution: Replace or repair
the electronic component.
