Applying The Wrist Monitor
Do not apply over clothing. If wearing a long sleeved shirt, be sure to roll sleeve
back to forearm.
Apply monitor to wrist as illustrated. Tighten cuff firmly as not to wiggle.
Do not stand while measuring. Sit in a
comfortable position with your back
supported and your feet flat on the floor,
without crossing your legs. Position
the center of the cuff at the level of the
right auricle of the heart, with the arm
supported.
