Risk of electric shock or electrocution
Body contact with electrically active parts of the machine or its accessories (electrodes, electrode holders,
torches, work clamps) can cause an electrical shock that can be fatal or cause serious injury.
• Do not use the machine in the rain or snow.
• Do not touch the electrodes or welding accessories with your bare hands.
• Always wear insulated welding gloves, making sure they are dry and in good condition, without breaks or
perforations.
• Electrically isolate the work area so that people are protected. Do not remove the case of the machine or
manipulate it internally when it is connected to the power supply.
• Only connect the machine to a 110V - 50 / 60Hz AC power source.
• Make sure the power board has the 60 Amp thermomagnetic switch and the ground connection properly
connected.
• Make sure the power cord is properly connected to the electrical outlet. If you do install a plug, be sure to
respect the cable color codes. This should not be modified in any way, use plugs in accordance with the
standard to reduce the risk of electric shock.
• Turn off the equipment when you finish your work and disconnect it from the electrical outlet.
