• Only allow qualified personnel to repair the machine with original spare parts, this guarantees that the
machine remains in optimal operating conditions.
• Keep the machine out of the reach of rain and do not use it in humid environments.
Risk generated by welding sparks
Sparks produced by the electric arc can cause fires or explosions if they come into contact with flammable
or explosive materials.
• Do not use the device in environments that present an explosion hazard or where there are flammable
liquids, gases or dust. The welders produce sparks and molten metal that can start a conflagration.|
• Remove all flammable substances from the job site. Fire cannot be detected while using eye protection
when welding.
• Do not carry out welding processes on containers, naval artifacts or pipes that have contained flammable
liquids such as gasoline, mineral oils or gas even if they were unoccupied a long time ago since a small
quantity may represent an explosion risk.
• Do not use the machine to thaw pipes, do not weld in sealed containers.
• Always keep a charged fire extinguisher and a trained person to use it close to the workplace.
Risk generated by welding fumes
Breathing the fumes, gases and particles generated by welding can cause serious problems for your
health, in the short and long term.
• Keep your head away from fumes.
• Ensure adequate ventilation, use an appropriate air extraction system.
• Make sure you have an adequate amount of fresh air at your disposal.
• Use the machine in open areas.
