STEPS
1.Check the power supply: Make sure the power supply matches the voltage and frequency requirements
of the welding machine.
2.Connect the electrode holder: Connect the electrode holder to the welding machine using the designat-
ed terminal.
3.Connect the workpiece clamp: Connect the workpiece clamp to the welding machine using the desig-
nated terminal.
4.Select the welding mode: Choose the appropriate welding mode based on the type of material you will
be welding and the welding process you will be using.
5.Adjust the current and voltage settings: Adjust the current and voltage settings based on the thickness
and type of material you will be welding .
6.Check the welding cable: Ensure the welding cable is properly connected to the electrode holder and
workpiece clamp and is free of damage.
7.Turn on the machine: Turn on the welding machine and allow it to warm up for a few minutes before
beginning to weld.
8.Test the settings: Test the current and voltage settings on a scrap piece of material before beginning to
weld or cut to ensure the settings are appropriate for the material.
SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
Maintenance
The welder has been built for long periods of use with a minimum of maintenance. The operation of the
machine in the long term with satisfactory performance depends on the correct care of the machine and
its periodic cleaning.
Cleaning - unplug machine before cleaning
Periodically clean the welder using a soft cloth, preferably after each use. Keep the vents free of dust and
dirt and if they cannot be easily removed use a damp cloth with water and a little soap. Never use solvents
derived from petroleum, alcohol, etc. they can damage the plastic parts of the machine.
Lubrication
The machine does not need additional lubrication.
Diagnostic
If the machine does not function normally, suspend its use and use the following table to find the possible
cause and its respective solution.
