DANGER – Risk of electrocution
•
Installation, repair, cleaning, and maintenance operations should always be performed with the
equipment disconnected from the power supply.
•
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its after-sales service, or
similar qualified personnel to avoid danger.
DANGER

While the equipment is in operation, it cannot be moved, nor its position corrected. These operations
should always be performed with the machine stopped.
CAUTION
•
Never use the power cord or the discharge pipe as a means of lifting or supporting the pump. A
suitable rope, wire, or chain, appropriate for the weight, should be attached to the handle, lever, or
hooks provided for this purpose.
•
The installation's good condition should be periodically checked. If it is not secure, the equipment
should be stopped and repaired. The necessary replacements should be original manufacturer parts
or those recommended by them. The use of other parts from another source, or original parts recti-
fied by third parties, is not allowed and releases the manufacturer or distributor from all responsibili-
ties.
•
During installation, comply with the electrical installation standards in force in the country of use.
The installation must comply with the swimming pool installation standard IEC/HD 60364-7-702.
•
It should be noted that pumps without an indication of whether they are protected against freezing
effects should not be left outdoors in freezing weather.
•
The pump is not intended for commercial use and must be installed/maintained by qualified personnel.
•
The pump is designed to be used attached to a support or while secured in a specific horizontal
position.
•
The pump cannot be installed in Zone 0 (Z0) or Zone 1 (Z1). Refer to page 12 for drawings.
•
For alternating current, use an H07 RN-F type connecting hose where the cable section matches
the motor power and cable length.
•
The power cable can only be connected by qualified and authorized personnel.
•
Install a Residual Current Device (RCD) with a rated residual operating current not exceeding
30 mA.
