► Adjust the belt height (head restraint) according to the child's height
■ The head restraint must audibly engage
► Re-close the flap

► Move the carrying handle (8) into the lower position
► Loosen the belt
■ Read chapter 6.3 Loosening the belts on page 33 to do this.
► Undo the belt buckle by pushing the red button and separating the latch plates (14)
► Place the latch plates (14) to the side, over the baby seat
► Place your child in the baby seat
NOTE:
Check the belt height is correct, and adjust if necessary.
Read chapter 6.4 Adjusting the belt height (head restraint) on page 33 to do this.

► Carefully guide the child's arms beneath the shoulder straps (28)
► Bring the two latch plates (14) together and insert into the belt buckle
■ The buckle must audibly engage
