The belts must not be twisted and must remain flat. A twisted belt could cause serious or fatal
injury to a child in an accident.
► Pull the two latch plates (14) through the two lap pads (26) and push them up to the end of the belt
(towards the baby seat)
► Push the belt buckle (25) through the cover cushion
► Pull the tensioning belt (13) through the corresponding opening in the cover and fasten it to the
push button
► Spread the cover evenly over the baby seat
► Pull the cover in an even motion over the belt guides
► Pull all the tensioning lips (23) over the edge of the baby seat
► Insert the hooks (24) into the mounting openings

► Bring the two latch plates (14) together and clip them in the belt buckle
► Guide the shoulder strap loops (from the front) through the shoulder pad for the head restraint co-
ver (16)
► Guide the shoulder straps (28) using the loops through the baby seat belt openings and pull the
straps up to the connecting plate (27)
► Hook the shoulder straps (28) using the shoulder strap loops into the connecting plate (27)
► Attach the head restraint cover (16) over the guide plate from the top
► Carefully pull the opening on the head restraint cover over the edge of the adjustment scale (22)
