The carrying handle must be in the centre position (driving position).
► Push the adjusting lever (12) on the carrying handle (8) and swivel it into the centre position (driving
position II).
7.2.2 Installing with vehicle seat belts

► Place the baby seat on the vehicle seat facing away from the direction of travel (child looking back-
wards)
► Pull out the vehicle's 3-point seat belt and guide the lap belt (19) through the two lap belt guides
(9) on the baby seat
► Allow the 3-point seat belt latch plate (18) to audibly engage into the corresponding belt buckle
