• Do not exceed the safe working load of the drawers, basket, retractable work surface, or chart holder.
• Always remove the infant / newborn from the basket before removing the basket from the base cabinet to avoid the risk
of patient fall.
C C A A U U T T I I O O N N - - Do not place an infant / newborn in the drawers, on the retractable work surface, or on the base cabinet.
To remove the basket from the base cabinet:
1. Remove the infant / newborn from the basket.
2. Remove the mattress from the basket.
3. Reach through the cut-out window on the basket, then grasp and lift the tilt bar.
4. Tilt the basket upward and slide basket off the two retention pins.
