Enter PIN and password under Admin PIN (with repeat entry) and Admin password
(with repeat entry). Use capitals and small letters, special characters as well as numbers.

If required, change the user name under Admin user name (recommended).

Make the required entries for PBX data, dealer data and Operator and location of the
PBX.
Important: Check the settings and write them down. If wrong settings are saved, access
to the PBX might not be possible anymore.

To complete the system activation, under Enter activation/voucher code, enter an
existing activation or voucher code.
Note: If you do not have a release code or voucher code for activating the system, click
Open shop.

Click Save and continue.

On the following pages you can make the settings for Server configuration, DNS
configuration, HTTP proxy configuration and SFTP server. Save your entries.
The IP address is transferred over immediately, if necessary, and the PBX is diverted to
the new IP address. Otherwise, the IP address is transferred over when the PBX is
restarted. You may need to change the PC's network settings so that the PBX can be
accessed via the new IP address.
Note: After the rerouting, you need to log in again.
9.
Open the pages of the folder Hardware. Enter the settings according to the existing
installation.
10. Open the pages of the folder Public switched tel. networks. Enter the settings
according to the existing provider.
11. Open the page Subscriber (scr.) > Phone numbers. Configure the phone numbers for
the existing terminals.

Outgoing Calls/Exchange Line Request

When dialling phone numbers, the exchange line request type configured for the subscriber
must be noted. The PBX distinguishes three types of exchange line requests:
Automatic exchange line request (factory setting): Neither the internal nor the external
number requires a prefix (exception: ** for targeted VoIP access) The PBX distinguishes
internal and external numbers automatically through the adjustment of the dialled phone
number to the numbering plan:
• If the phone number is contained in the phone numbering list, the PBX establishes an
internal connection.
