4. Initial setup
1. Position the trolley/caddy and remove the
plugs from crank pump D. Slowly fill with
150 ml of operating liquid via the supports.
2. Mount delivery hose E to the pump.
3. Insert the crank handle into pump D and
tighten the 3 bolts to a torque of 4.5 Nm.
4. Mount delivery nozzle F, place it in delivery
nozzle holder I and close delivery nozzle
lock H.
5. In the case of the 60 l and 100 l trolley for
diesel: affix the stickers enclosed with the tank
documents permanently to the front panels.

6. For the 100 l trolley only (AdBlue
diesel)
use the bolts (M6x10) to fix the two hose hold-
ers G to the tank
7. Lay the trolley/caddy down and unscrew the
cap from filling opening B. Check the inside of
the tank for contamination (clean as necessary,
e.g. with a vacuum cleaner).
8. Fill the tank (see section 5.5). The container is
filled using a delivery nozzle with an automatic
shut-off.
9. Seal filling opening B tightly using the cap and
position the trolley/caddy.

Note
When cranking, please observe the rota-
tion direction indicated on the housing of
the pump.
10. In the case of AdBlue
Crank the handle and fill a separate container
with approx. 2 l of AdBlue in order to flush
production residue from the system. AdBlue
must be disposed of properly.
11. Unscrew the cap from filling opening B and
perform a test filling as described in section
5.6, but hold delivery nozzle F in the still-
open filling opening B. Continue cranking the
handle until the flow becomes constant and
contains few air bubbles.
12. After completing the test filling, seal filling
opening B tightly using the cap.
►The filling station is now ready for operation.
5. Operation
5.1
Storage
Important!
Material damage (deformation) of the
tank from excessive heating or mechani-
cal overload.
Do not expose the high-grade plastic tank to di-
rect sunlight for extended periods either during
transport on the vehicle or when in storage.
Suitable storage conditions:
Ambient temperature:
-10°C to +40°C (diesel)
-5°C to +40°C (AdBlue
(cover or take other suitable measures when
storing outdoors)
Floor: level and smooth (without pointed projec-
tions)
