Alert App
The Alert App is used to send a direct message to your device
from your program or health care provider, in order to provide
you with feedback or questions. Alerts are sent to your meter
and are stored within the Alert App. Once an alert is received,
a pop-up will appear on your device that may be read and
dismissed. If a response is needed for an alert, it will be noted in
the Alert App and you can select an answer to send. Prior Alerts
are stored in the app after being read and dismissed.
Note: Not all Alerts require a response.
Refi ll App
When you are running low on testing supplies for your BGM,
you may be able to request refi lls right from your meter. Once
opened, the Refi ll App will display on-screen prompts and
questions to complete a Refi ll request. After the questions are
answered, your request will be sent to our system for review and
order placement. Once your request is received, you may receive
a follow up call if there are any additional questions.
Note: If you exit the Refi ll request before you answer all
questions, the answers will not be saved or sent to Philips.
