Troubleshooting
The following list will show you a series of error codes that may appear on the display of your hob. If the
problem persists, please contact your nearest authorised service centre.

PROBLEM
NTC open circuit on the board
NTC short-circuit on the PCB
NTC temperature on the board is too
high
Heat sink NTC is open
Radiator NTC is short-circuited
Heat dissipation. NTC temperature is
too high
Input voltage is low
High input voltage
Receive communication failure
Failure of the NTC of the board sur-
face
Replace the board surface NTC.
Replace the surface NTC on the board.
After the shutdown error is reported, wait
for cooling to resume normal operation.
Replace the heat sink NTC.
Replace the heat sink NTC.
After the trip error is reported, wait for
the refrigeration to resume normal ope-
ration.
Check if the external input voltage is less
than 150V.
Check if the external input voltage is
higher than 270V~.
Check if the connection between the
display board and the induction sto-
ve board is defective, and replace the
communication cable.
Check whether the temperature sensor
on the surface of the lever is in contact
with the surface of the furnace, and
whether there is glass glue contact.
