Only to be used by the manufacturer's service department.
•
Service socket (Pos. 5)
Connection option for the manufacturer's service department. The
manufacturer's service department can carry out maintenance work via
this interface.
•
"Differential pressure" measuring connection (Pos. 6)
Only to be used by the manufacturer's service department.
•
Alarm horn (Pos. 7)
Safe collection of dust particles and fumes is only possible with sufficient
extraction capacity. With increasing dust load to the filter elements, the
flow resistance increases and the extraction capacity decreases. As soon as
it falls below a minimum value, the alarm horn sounds at regular intervals.
•
External connections (Pos. 8)
Optional connection options.
NOTE
A self test is carried out when the product is connected to the voltage
supply system for the first time; the signal horn sounds briefly and the
signal lamps flash briefly.
This should be carried out at regular intervals (weekly) by operating
personnel by pulling out the mains plug back and then plugging it in
again.
If the alarm horn or signal lamps do not activate at this time, the product
must be checked by the manufacturer's service department.
Faults can corrected by the customer in some cases. For details, see
chapter "Error clearance". If the customer cannot clear the error, the
manufacturer's service department must be contacted.
