4.4.2 Assembling the loader

Remove screws A from their housing.
Position loader B and attach with screws A and washers C.
Make sure that loader belt rollers D turn freely.

One reel-centering device A, D.150 mm (Fig. 15.2) is supplied
with the loader.
One 120 mm diameter reel-centering device can be obtained

by cutting the legs B of the 150 mm centering device (Fig.
15.3) an another of 85 mm diameter by cutting the legs B of
the 120 mm centering device (Fig. 15.4).
The 120 mm and 150 mm centering devices can be recos-
ntructed from the 85 mm one (Fig. 15.5) by attaching the legs
D of the larger diameter centering device to the slots E of the
next smaller diameter device (Fig. 15.6 and 15.7).
