6.10 End of treatment / Performing after-treatment

6.10.1 End of treatment
The pilot lamps c and the remaining treatment time in the display f start to
flash three minutes before expiry of the treatment time.
➥ A melody is played at the end of treatment.
➥ The expired treatment with the treatment settings remains in the display f.
➥ The <Treatments> menu appears in the display f after 10 minutes or after
pressing the CLEAR button e.
6.10.2 Check result and extend treatment if necessary
Within 10 minutes of the end of treatment, you can extend the after-treatment
using the same settings as before:
1. Press the right functional button d beside <0 min>.
• Keeping the function buttons d pressed makes the input values change fast.
➥ The treatment time changes (the treatment time is capped for safety reasons).
2. Press the function buttons d beside the word <Start>.
➥ The appliance starts, using the previously selected values.
• The programme settings can be changed during the after-treatment as
described in "section 6.9" page 68.
6.10.3 Starting a new treatment
To start a new treatment directly after the end of the treatment:
1. Press CLEAR button e to reset any changed settings from the previous treat-
ment.
➥ The <Treatments> menu appears in the display f.
➥ The appliance is ready for operation again.

6.11 Switching off appliance (shutting down)

1. Switch off appliance at the ON/OFF switch 8.
➥ The display f goes out.
2. Remove plug b as described in "section 4.1.2" page 58.
• Clean appliance, if necessary, as described in "section 8.1" page 75.
