Errors and possible rectification

You can perform the rectification measures listed below yourself, making sure
you follow the safety instructions.
The following appears in the display f:

Errorcode 31 ... 38 3. Fault in internal power
Errorcode 39 4. Internal communication

The following appears in the display f:
<Error> <Appliance faulty switch off immediately> <Errorcode __>:
Errorcode 30 Heating cannot be switched
off.
Treatment temperature is too low:
Protection filter soiled Protection filter in front of
the temperature sensor 3 is
soiled.
<Error> <Please check the position of the side arms>:
The side arms are in the
wrong position for the
selected treatment.
<Error> <Please check the position of the heating elements>:
The heating elements 1 are
in the wrong position for the
selected treatment.
Should further errors or malfunctions occur or the rectification measures listed
fail to eliminate the error, write down the error messages displayed and contact
the Wella Customer Service Centre.
For your own safety, do not try to correct other problems yourself!
