SOLTER
SOLDADURA S.L.
Excess temperature at the main inverter stage. Wait for the machine regains a safe tem-
perature at this stage. Ensure that the vents are not clogged.
Excess temperature at the output power stage. Wait for the machine regains a safe tem-
perature at this stage. Ensure that the vents are not clogged.
Excess temperature at the input power stage. Wait for the machine regains a safe tempe-
rature at this stage. Ensure that the vents are not clogged.
Excess temperature at the auxiliary stage. Wait for the machine regains a safe tempera-
ture at this stage. Ensure that the vents are not clogged.
The machine has detected voltage peaks in the mains supply. If you continue working
with an unstable mains, it can cause internal damage. Please check that the mains
supply is correct.
The machine has detected a supply voltage too low to ensure optimal performance. Ple-
ase check that the mains supply is correct.
The machine has detected an unstable supply voltage. This situation can be caused by a
defect in the connections of the power supply terminals or by powering the machine with
an unsuitable autonomous generator.
Overconsumption alarm. This alarm automatically disappears after a few minutes. Wait
until the machine gets back to its normal state.
Overtemperature alarm in remote liquid cooling unit. Wait for the machine regains a safe
temperature in this unit. Ensure that the vents are not clogged.
No return flow is detected in the liquid cooling system. Check for proper connection of li-
quid inlets to the cooling unit and torch. Ensure that no pipe is affected by pinching or
crushing. Check the coolant level.
If the alarm persists and the above points have been checked properly, it may indicate
that the internal coolant filter is clogged.
The machine has detected lack of connection of shielding gas for the welding process to
be performed. Check that the shielding gas has been connected to the input at the back
of the machine. Check that there is gas in the bottle and its flow control is properly set.
The cooling unit flow transducer reading is incorrect. This error can be caused by inco-
rrect priming of the cooling system or clogging of the internal filter.
Error in speed transducer calibration. Ensure correct connection between the power
stage and winder. Check the connection (located on the top of the motor).
Main winder motor is blocked.
Secondary torch motor is blocked.
The machine has detected that one of the 3 phases has not been connected.
Check the connection to the mains supply and the state thereof.
