GENERAL DESCRIPTIONS

Aeroprocess 4000 CC/CV welding machines are developed to support MMA, TIG and MIG-MAG welding processes.
The range of Aeroprocess 4000 CC/CV machines, is equipped with dual digital signal processor to monitor the status
of the welding arc up to 80,000 times per second. Thanks to this technology, the equipment can ensure an accurate
and reliable arc under all operating conditions.
It can be applied universally to any type of welding of various materials such as stainless steels, alloy steels, alumi-
num alloys or other copper or titanium alloys.
For MMA welding, the machine is equipped with anti-stick, hot-start and adjustable arc-force features. Thanks to
these features, you can weld effectively with any type of coated electrode.
For TIG welding, the equipment allows the Lift Arc ignition.
For MIG–MAG welding, the equipment has constant voltage (CV) regulation. It requires an auxiliary wire feeder that
can be powered by the same welding power connection.
On the back of the machine, there is a nameplate of the welding machine parameters. This plate is designed in ac-
cordance with the EN 60974-1 Standard.
