Convection Baking is ideal for evenly browned
baked foods cooked on single or multiple racks.
When set on Convection Bake, tile rear bake
element and tile fan operate whenever tile oven is
heating.

Turn file Oven Mode knob to CONS; BAKE/
1 RACK (Convection Bake 1-Rack mode) for l-
rock convection baking. This mode is used for
cooking food items on ()ill}, 1 rock in
convection bake.
Turn the Oven Mode knob to CONV
BAKE/MULTI (Convection Bake Multi
mode) for multi-rock convection baking.
This mode is used for cooking food imms on
more than one rock (i.e. 2, 3 or more rocks)
at the same time in Convection Bake. See tile
Multi-rack convection bakir_g'section for more
inRmnafion.
Using the Temperature knob, set tile desired
temperature, in 25°F increments, flom 200°F
to 550°E

Temperature knob
Tile oven and file oven interior lights will mrn
on immediamly and stay on until tile oven is
turned ofl_-i
The convecOon fan will mrn on (after a
short delay), the PREHEAT light will mrn
on and 100°F will appear in tile display.
(The mmpemmre display will start to change
once tile oven mmperamre reaches 100°E)
The conuol will beep when the oven is
preheated--this will rake approximately 10 to
15 minutes. Tlle PREHEAT light will mrn off
and the displ W will show tile set temperature.

Check tile food for doneness at file minimum
time on the recipe. Cook longer if he(essay>

cooking is finished.
NOTE: A cooling fan will mrn on to cool internal
