Each oven is equipped wifll two halogen light
assemblies locamd on the side walls of the oven.
The lights come on when the door is opened or
when the oven is in a cooldng cycle. The oven
lights do not come on during self cleaning or
if the Sabbath Feature is set.
Each light assembly consists of a removable light
cover with two locldng clips, a light compartment
with three light bulb sockets and three halogen
light bulbs.
CAUTION: Before replacing the bulb, disconnect
electrical power to the oven at the main filse or
circuit breaker panel.
Be sure to let the light cover and bulb cool
completely.
For your safety; do not touch a hot bulb with bare
bands or a damp cloth.
To remove:
Remove the racks flom the oven. See the P)dl
extension oven tachs section.
Using an adjusmble wrench, remove the four
nuts holding the rack support over the light
assembly.

Remove the glass light cover by pulling its back
edge out and rolling it toward you.
Do not relnove any screws.

compartment until seated.
Using gloves or a d_T cloth, remove
the burned-out light bulb by pulling
it straight out.

To replace:

Use a new 120we It Halogen bulb, with (;8 pins,
not to exceed 25 watts.

Higher wattage
bulbs will damage your oven.
Using gloves or a dry cloth, iemove the bulb
fiom its packaging. Do not touch the bulb with
bare fingers. Oil f_om bare fingers may cause hot
spots on the glass surfhce and lead to premature
failure of the bulb. If you do touch the glass, clean
it with alcohol pdor to installation.
Push the bulb straight into the receptacle all
the way:

Replace the light covet; by placing its
f?ont edge under the fiont two tabs in the light
comparmlent. Roll the back edge into place,
making sure that it is firefly seated.

The light cover nmst be in place when using
the oven.
For improved lighting inside the oven,
clean the glass cover fiequently using a wet
cloth. This should be done when the oven is
off:; disconnected f?om the power supply, and
completely cool.
Replace the rack support with the slotted boles
over the rear bolts and the round boles over
the f?ont bolts. Lightly secure with the fbur
nuts removed earliei; but do not ore>tighten
or the enamel could be chipped.
