PURPOSE OF THE MANUAL

This manual intends to be a guide for the correct use of the NUVOLA TOUCH steam
generator and for its rational maintenance.
In order to learn quickly the functioning of our steam generator, it is necessary to
read this manual with attention before starting the appliance.
A correct functioning of the steam generator depends mainly on an efficient and effective
maintenance and cleaning. The Use and Maintenance Manual supplies all information
regarding the appliance start, stop and correct safety operations.
The steam generator is manufactured in compliance with the safety rules requested by:

EEC 73/23 TOUCH 93/68 CEE(BT) general electrical safety;

EEC 89/336 TOUCH 93/68 CEE (EMQ) electro magnetic compatibility;
requested by CEI 64-8 (IEC 364).
Basing on our constant improving research the steam generator you purchased may
show slight variations which are not in this manual, any differences are anyway marginal
and not essential.

All the necessary information for your steam generator, type, model, power, voltage,
code number, year of manufacturing and CE mark, can be seen from the label fixed
inside the steam generator lid.
