TROUBLESHOOTING
CRITICAL ERRORS
are errors that disable all of the machine's functions. The ERROR/MAINTENANCE icon lights up when there
is a critical error.
E.g.:
No communication with the internal cards or incorrect database (if a card has been replaced and start-up has
not been executed).
In this case, attempt start-up and, if this does not help, unplug the control board and turn off the water valve
upstream of the device, and contact the authorized assistance service.
NON-CRITICAL ERRORS
These errors may occur when the Hammam function is running.
E.g.:
1) The water valve is closed or there is no water in the system, so the boiler is not up to the required level.
2) The outlet is obstructed so the boiler is not emptied properly during the automatic rinsing or emptying
phase.
14.
FAULT SIGNALS
In case of error, please proceed as follows:
1.
Check that the water supplying is opened
2.
Check that the water is flowing in the supply system.
3.
Check the general power switch.
4.
In case of interruption of continuity by the circuit breaker, please
resetting it.
5.
Please take note of the error code displayed on the control panel before calling the service.
