The sliding blocks and
screws for mounting the
attachment plate are pre-
assembled in the case lifter
slider slots.
Note:
¹) This sliding block is used
as a safety at the bottom
edge and is bonded with
Loctite 601.
Do not loosen or
remove!

Mount the attachment
plate.
²) The sliding block used
for fastening is placed
on the safety sliding
block. This ensures a
120 mm fl oor clearance
below the fork once it
reaches the safety zone.

Mount the left and
right fork prongs to the
attachment plate. Align
the fork prongs with the
center axis of the case
lifter.
³) Identifi cation of the
safety zone with a red
cover profi le.
⁴) Warning label (yellow/
black), see page 20.
7.4 Assembly

Mount the attachment plate (see page 14) and the forks for your specifi c
application case:
– Bins (see page 17, Fig. 7)
– Floor rollers with 135 mm fl oor clearance (see page 18, Fig. 8)
– Floor rollers with max. 195 mm fl oor clearance (see page 19, Fig. 9)
