Moving device parts!
Danger of crushing body parts between the machine, peripherals, or fl oor.
Make sure that no persons or objects are under the forks or in the identifi ed
danger area during operation.
The free height of the forks, or the lowest load point, must be ≥120 mm and the
distance between the workstation and moved parts on the case lifter must be
≥120 mm.
Make sure that the case lifter, load, and all load movements are visible to
operating personnel at all times.
Falling containers caused by improper use!
Containers moved with the case lifter may fall and cause injuries.
Adjust the assembled lifting accessories (e.g. forks) to the container width.
Make sure the lifting accessories are securely and correctly positioned each
time the device is commissioned (see page 22).
Only use stable containers with permissible dimensions and loads (see
"Technical Data" on page 26).
Only use containers that are suitable for stacking.
Observe the maximum permissible stacking height for the containers.
Observe the permissible individual and total container loads.
Malfunctions due to incorrect loading
The product may be damaged or its service life shortened.
When loading with a fl oor roller, do not use the case lifter/attachment plate/
forks as a buffer.
When loading the case lifter, observe the permissible center of gravity of the
load.
When loading the case lifter, observe the permissible load.
