Troubleshooting

The faults listed below may only be rectified by a quali-
fied engineer.
• Only use genuine spare parts for repairs.
• Make sure the parts are correctly fitted and that their
original position and alignment are retained.
Danger!
Carbon monoxide poisoning.
If the flue gas sensor is defective and the flue
pipe or chimney are completely or partially
blocked, unfavourable air flow conditions in the
chimney over a long period may cause flue
gases to flow back into the room where the
appliance is fitted.
Danger!
Carbon monoxide poisoning.
The appliance's safety shutdown system may
have been temporarily deactivated in order to
make repairs.
• Check the safety shutdown system of the appliance is
working every time you finish rectifying a fault.

bottle with a full one.

cut-off valve on the
gas connection is
open.

Check that the flue
system is correctly
installed and make
sure that it is not
restricted.
