CHECKING FOR LEAKS:
1.
Create a half-water and half-liquid dishwashing soap mixture.
2.
Open the hood.
3.
Make sure all burner control knobs are in the OFF position.
4.
Double check that gas hose is securely connected with gas source.
5.
Turn on the fuel supply at the source.
6.
Apply the mixture of soap and water to the below:
Note: Different Grill models may have different connections than those shown.
A. Where the gas hose connects to the gas manifold.
B. Where gas supply hose connect with side
burner valve assembly.
C. Stem cap of side burner valve. (if applicable)
D. Where the side burner connects to the gas hose. (if applicable)
E. The entire length of the gas supply hose.
CAUTION:
!
Before using the grill for the first time, check gas supply line connection with rotisserie burner valve
(under control panel) and gas supply line connection with orifice (back of grill body).
Push in and turn the rotisserie control knob to the HIGH position and keep the knob held in during
the gas leak test on rotisserie valve. When finished, allow gas to dissipate.
F. Rotisserie orifice connection (if applicable)
G. Where the rotisserie supply line connects to rotisserie valve assembly. (if applicable)
Note: You may leak test the rotisserie gas supply line by removing the grease
tray and applying the soap water mixture from beneath the control panel.
H. Quick-connect coupling nut.
