CAUTION
Risk of falling due to incorrectly positioned anchor arm
Insufficient anchor arm support causes excessive strain to be applied to
the threaded section and can result in damage to the threads.
4WR95=1: The angled anchor arm must be aligned dorsally and at an
angle of 45° towards the front.
4WR95=2: The anchor arms must be aligned in the AP and ML di-
rections. The lamination anchor clamp must not be positioned in the
walking direction.
CAUTION
Risk of falling due to lamination anchor failure
Excessive or too frequent bending or use of a sharp-edged bending iron
can cause the anchor arms to break.
• Only use the 711S4=6x4 bending iron for bending.
CAUTION
Risk of falling due to lamination anchor failure
After screwing the threaded part into the lamination anchor up to the end
of the threads, turning it out too far for positioning purposes can cause
the lamination anchor to break.
• The threaded part may only be turned out by maximum 90° for positioning.
CAUTION
Risk of falling due to twisting of the prosthesis
Optimal transmission of the torsional forces is hampered by any conta-
mination on the threads of the lamination anchor and threaded part, and
can result in a risk of falling due to possible twisting of the prosthesis.
• Before final assembly, clean the threads of the lamination anchor
and threaded part with 634A3 acetone in order to avoid twisting of
the prosthesis.
