CAUTION
Risk of falling due to screw connections on the threaded part co-
ming loose
The strains applied during use can cause the cylinder-head screw to
come loose.
1) After screwing the threaded part in, install the cylinder-head screw
using 636K13 Loctite®.
2) Tighten the cylinder-head screw with a torque of 10 Nm using the
710D4 torque wrench.
NOTICE
Risk of material damage
Improper handling may result in damaged threads.
• During assembly of the adapter, screw the threaded part in and tighten
the cylinder-head screw with a torque of 10 Nm .
NOTICE
Risk of the cylinder head screw breaking
The rounded washer included must be used when installing the 4WR95=1
adapter and placed between the screw head and clamp, otherwise it
can lead to breakage of the cylinder head screw.
NOTICE
Risk of corrosion
The cylinder-head screw and the set screws are protected against
corrosion and may only be replaced with set screws from the 4D27
single-component pack.
5.2.1 Installing the set screws / the cylinder-head screw
Trial fitting:
For trial fittings, a tightening torque of 10 Nm is sufficient for the set screws.
