10V8:
1) Fabricate a laminated forearm socket using the matching lamination
form (here ⌀ 50 mm).
2) Loosen the 4 attachment screws of the lamination ring.
3) Determine the position of the ratchet type rotation wrist unit in the socket
so that it will be possible to comfortably actuate the levers with the con-
tralateral side. Transfer the positions of the 4 bore holes of the lamination
ring to the forearm socket (Fig. 3).
4) Glue the lamination ring into the forearm socket using 636K18 Sealing
Resin Compact Adhesive and let cure. Then mount the ratchet type
rotation wrist unit.
For mounting the 10V26 Flexion Device, the 4 screws on the 10V8 ratchet
type rotation wrist unit used for attachment of the lamination ring must be
disassembled. The lamination ring must be removed. Insert the wrist unit
into the flexion device and fasten with the four screws (Fig. 4).

2) Determine the position of the ratchet type rotation wrist unit in the socket
so that it will be possible to comfortably actuate the levers with the
contralateral side.
3) Recess a slot for the release lever into the socket (Fig. 5). Unscrew the
release lever for this purpose.
4) Glue the ratchet type rotation wrist unit into the forearm socket and let
cure. Make sure that no adhesive enters the slot and the mechanism
behind the slot.
