For assembly, re-insert the bolt into the torso bar
and secure with 636K13 Loctite.

To use the maximum flexion position, the finished
torso bars must be parallel at the stop.

3.2 Adjusting and mounting of the thigh
bars
The thigh bars are available pre-formed in order
to obtain a high stability for the bar componen-
ts. The offset at the bar head end is 10 mm (see
Fig. 5). Forming with bending irons is intended
only for correct abduction and adduction posi-
tioning as well as for rotation of the leg ortho-
sis components.
The 711S5=7x9 bending irons are recommended
for bending the thigh bars.
