Caution!
Make sure that the drive pedal 9, (fi g.4) is in neutral.
•
Pull the starter 5 (fi g.4) to pos.B. Also apply the starter to start the engine when it is hot.
•
Turn the starter key 10 (fi g.4) to position "II" and hold it until the engine starts.
•
Leave the key return to position "I" as soon as the engine starts.
•
Gradually return the choke to off (position A) as the engine warms up.
!
Caution!
Do not use the electric start for longer than 5 seconds each time.
If the engine does not start, release the switch and wait 10 seconds before trying the starter again.
•
Press on pedal 9, (fi g.4) and release handle 10 (fi g.1) from its notch to disengage the brake.
Petrol version:
•
Press on the front side (A) of the drive pedal 9 (fi g.4) to move forward.
•
Press on the rear side (R) of the same pedal to move backwards.
Electric version:
•
Push on the switch 8 (Fig.4) to select the direction of the sweeper.
Pos. A = forward.
Pos. R = back (reverse).
Pos. 0 = neutral.

Caution!
When starting the machine, make sure that drive selector 8 is po-
sitioned on "0" = neutral.
If the machine is started with the drive selector on position (A =
Forward drive) or (B = Reverse drive), the LED on the dashboard
blinks constantly excluding all functions.
To restore all functions, switch off the machine, positioning
the drive selector on neutral "0". Restart the machine and put
the same selector on position "A" = to go forward or "R" = to go
backward.
Act on pedal 9 (fi g.4) for the transfer.
Switching off the motor
•
Turn the ignition key to position 0 (fi g.4).
•
Apply the parking brake lock (see "parking brake" ).
•
Lift the main and side brushes of the fl oor.
