WARNING :
To protect against possible personal injury due to abrupt start of the machine, be sure to start the follow-
ing work after turning the power off and ascertaining that the motor is at rest.

Um durch plötzliches Anlaufen der Nähmaschine verursachte Verletzungen zu vermeiden, führen Sie die
folgende Arbeit erst aus, nachdem Sie den Netzschalter ausgeschaltet und sich vergewissert haben, daß
der Motor vollkommen stillsteht.

Pour ne pas risquer des blessures causées par une brusque mise en marche de la machine, toujours la

Die Sicherheitskupplung tritt in Aktion, wenn während
des Nähbetriebs eine übermäßige Last auf den Greifer
oder andere Teile einwirkt. In diesem Fall bewegt sich der
Greifer auch durch Drehen des Handrads nicht. Falls die
Sicherheitskupplung ausgelöst worden ist, die Ursache
beseitigen, und eine Rückstellung nach dem folgenden
Verfahren vornehmen.
1) Den Druckknopf 1 an der Oberseite des Maschinenbetts
hineindrücken und gleichzeitig das Handrad kräftig in
entgegengesetzter Drehrichtung drehen.
2) Die Rückstellung ist abgeschlossen, wenn das
Handrad klickt.

The safety clutch functions when an excessive load
is applied to the hook or the other components during
sewing. At this time, the hook will never rotate even
if turning the handwheel. When the safety clutch has
functioned, remove the cause and reset the safety clutch
as given in the following procedure.
1) Pressing push button 1 located on the top surface of
the machine bed, strongly turn the handwheel in the
reverse direction of rotation.
2) The resetting procedure completes when the
handwheel clicks.
L'embrayage de sécurité est actionné lorsqu'une charge
excessive s'exerce sur le crochet ou sur d'autres pièces
pendant la couture. Il n'est alors plus possible de faire
tourner le crochet en tournant le volant. Si l'embrayage de
sécurité a fonctionné, le réarmer comme suit après avoir
corrigé le problème.
1) Tout en enfonçant le poussoir 1 situé sur le dessus
du socle de la machine, tourner fortement le volant en
arrière.
2) L'embrayage est réarmé lorsque le volant produit un
déclic.
