Starting up
IMPORTANT: do not start the machine before

With the engine cold, check that the oil level is between
the maximum and minimum marks.
Sit in the driving position;
Move the choke lever to the "START" position;
Place the engine accelerator lever on minimum;
Turn the key to the "S" position until the engine starts up,
then release it;
Turn the choke back to "NORMAL";
Place the accelerator lever on maximum rpm.
Use the machine advance lever to adjust speed.

Electric model
Sit in the driving position;
Turn the key to the ON position;
Place the "forwards/backwards" switch in the forwards
position;
Turn the accelerator knob to move forwards.

Operations at the end of the cleaning
session
At the end of the cleaning session, the following operations must be
performed:
Switch the engine off by turning the key to the "O"
position;
Turn off the electricity supply in electric models by
turning the key to the "OFF" position;
Empty the debris collection bin;
Move the machine manually to the parking position. To
move the machine with internal combustion engine, open
the cowling and move the lever shown in the figure to the
top left position to disconnect the transmission.
