2.5 Safety Instructions for Maintenance andFault Clearance on the
MiniFil
Suitable personal safety equipment must be worn during all maintenance and
troubleshooting work. The device must be cleaned before commencing any
maintenance work. For this, an industrial vacuum cleaner for dust class "H" may be
used.
Setting up, maintenance and repair work and troubleshooting must be performed
only when the MiniFil is switched off.
Always tighten bolt connections that have been loosened during repair work! If
specified, tighten the relevant bolts with a torque wrench.
In particular, clean dirt and cleaning products off connections and threaded couplings
before beginning maintenance / repair / care work.
WARNING
Skin contact with cutting fumes, etc. can cause skin irritation in
sensitive individuals!
Repairing and maintenance work on the MiniFil may be carried out
by trained and authorised specialist personnel only whilst
following
the safety notes and the applicable accident prevention
regulations.
Severe damage to health of respiratory organs and the respiratory
tract!
To avoid contact with and inhalation of dusts, use protective
clothing, gloves and an air respirator!
Please avoid the release of hazardous dusts during repair
and maintenance work to prevent any harm to persons
commissioned to the task.
