5.2 Operating elements
The operating elements and connection facilities are located at the front of the MiniFil
:

I / O switch / Auto (Pos. 1)
Use this switch to set the device operating mode.
Pos. I:
continuously
Pos. 0:
Pos. Auto: The green LED in the switch blinks and the device is ready for
operation.

Speed regulator (Pos. 2)
If you turn the regulator clockwise the speed
of the turbines increases.

Maintenance socket (item 3)
Connectivity for the KEMPER service. This interface
can be used to carry out the KEMPER service settings.

Signal lamp (item 4)
The yellow indicator lamp shows a malfunction or an error in the device.
These faults are shown with different flashing codes for a visual depiction.
The indicator lamps blink once briefly at regular intervals:.
- Device maintenance is necessary, Inform the KEMPER service.
The signal lamp flashes briefly twice in a row in regular intervals:
- Extraction performance is too low. Check extraction nozzles for
blockages / kinks, or replace the main and suspended matter filters.
The signal lamp flashes briefly three times in a row in regular intervals:
- The temperature in the MiniFil turbine housing is too high, inform
KEMPER service.
The green LED in the switch illuminates and the device runs
so-called manual operation.
The device is switched off.
As soon as the sensor (Fig. 4) in the earth cable detects current,
the device will start up and will only stop after the end
of the welding process and a short run-on time.
