OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
TIME - 30m
•With the rower on, press the KEY 11 and 12 ( / ) until the TIME-M program and
press the KEY 13 (ENTER) to confirm. The display will show the time of 0:00 minutes.
•During training the HEART BEAT display will start, and the program will count down
based on the 0:00 minutes. The CALORIES, METERS and HEART BEAT display will be

displayed during training.
•During exercise, you can press the KEY 15 (START / STOP) to pause training. Press
RESET (KEY 14) to clear the display. The rower will go into standby mode.
SELECT TIME-30m
INTERVAL
With the rower on, press the KEY 11 and 12 ( / ) until the INTERVAL program and
press the KEY 13 (ENTER) to confirm.
•The WORK TIME will flash, press the KEY (ENTER);
•Use the KEY 11 and 12 ( / ) to set the TIME. Press the KEY (ENTER) to confirm the
value. The setting range is 00:10 ~10:00;
•The REST TIME will flash. Use the KEY 11 and 12 (

•The CYCLE INTERVAL will flash on the display. Use the KEY and (
configure the CYCLE INTERVAL. Press the KEY 13 (ENTER) to confirm the value. The

program will start automatically according to the settings placed by the user. When
the user does the training, the information is saved, and only ends when the user
completes the training target;
