WARRANTY
CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
THE WARRANTY IS VALID IF IT IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS BELOW:
1. The warranty is applied to the Movement products only when:
1-1. The product has been purchased by the original buyer and with proof of
original purchase (purchase invoice):
1-2. Has not been the object of: accidents, inadequate use or negligence,
improper operation, poorly handled and used, transportation defects and inadequate
storage, maintenance in a way that differs from the specifications contained in the
instructions guide, inappropriate servicing, or modifications not executed by Brudden;
1-3. The replacement parts used have been provided by Brudden;
1-4. Complaints made during the warranty period.
2. This warranty does not cover damage to or failure of equipment caused by the
absence of basic maintenance as described in this Manual.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:
•Products repaired or modified by outsources, without prior written authorization by
Brudden;
•Service call for product installation or instructions to the owners on how to use the
product;
•Repairs performed in Movement products without the series number or with altered or
damaged identification;
•Removal and delivery of equipment for repair;
•No service expenses have occurred after the services warranty period.

GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The service of the Brudden Limited Warranty can be obtained by contacting an
authorized dealer or the one from whom the product was purchased.
The expenses related to the transportation of the product to the authorized point and
travel (technical visit) by the Authorized Assistant will be borne by the Buyer, whether or
not the product is under warranty.
Liability for the warranty is limited to the repair, modification or replacement of the
product.
Bbrudden shall not be liable for damages to persons, third parties, other equipment,
facilities, loss of profits and consequential damages.
Movement reserves the right to halt the manufacture of its products without prior
notice and/or modify the specifications and introduce improvements to products at any
time, without being subject to any obligation to modify any products that were made in
the past.
