relative to the settings 2 menu in order to reset the default va-
lues.

D key to leave the settings unaltered.

This message appears when you connect the remote control
to the spa.
Troubleshooting
If the spa does not operate correctly review all of the installation
and operating instructions in the present manual and control the
message shown on the display. Refer, therefore, to the following
instructions :
NONE OF THE COMPONENTS OPERATE
(i.e. pump, light)
Check the control panel lights.

If there are letters or symbols displayed on the screen, refer to the
previous section to determine meaning and action required.

If nothing appears on the display:
- Check general switch/meter.
- Contact dealer or authorized service center.
THE PUMP IS NOT WORKING EVEN IF THE CORRE-
SPONDING ICON ON THE DISPLAY IS ON
Press the key relative to the control panel.

If no sound is detected or if a buzzing sound is is detected,
turn off power to the spa and contact your dealer or authorized
service center.

If motor operates but no water flows to jets:
- Pump may not be properly primed. See instructions below.
- Contact dealer or authorized service center.

Pump priming instructions:
TURN SPA OFF
- Turn off the power to the spa.
- Remove the knob of the selector of the type of massage which
is fed by the pump that you want to prime.
- Loosen the valve cap slightly (counter clockwise), listening for
the air to seep out.
- Tighten the cap, put the knob back in place, and turn the spa's
power back on.
N.B.: this method must be used for the pumps that supply the
various jets because they are not connected to the filter.
CAUTION: If freezing conditions exist and pump is not oper-
ational, take measures to protect the system from possible
damage from freezing. See "Winterizing".
POOR JET ACTION.

Make sure the pump is active.

Check the position of the selectors of the type of massage.

Open air control

Check for proper water level.

Check that the filter cartridges are not dirty.
WATER IS TOO HOT.

Reduce temperature setting.

Set the heating cycle of the water so that the heater is acti-
vated during the programmed defiltration cycles only ("Pro-
grammable cycle" - "Water heating cycles" chapter).
FILTER/CIRCULATIONPUMP OFF

Verify filter/circulation pump is programmed to run 12-hours
a day.

Filter/circulation pump cycle cancelled due to power outage.

Hot tub water is warmer than 35°C and two degrees warmer
than the set temperature. The "summer logic" safety feature has
activated.
Refer to the respective chapter.
WATER IS TOO COLD

Check temperature setting.

Keep the spa cover in place while heating.

If the heater indicator on the display is on but no increase in
temperature is noted after a reasonable period of time contact
your reseller or the authorised assistance centre.
Should checking the above steps fail to correct the problem,
please call an autorized dealer or service center.
