WEEKLY MAINTENANCE

• Remove the two ceilings (4 - fig. E) empty out the residue formed on them into the ash pan.
• After removing the cast iron hearth, the ash pan and the two parts of the refractory tile (see page. 35 fig. A-B-C-D)
clean the hearth (with the swab included).
• Clean the smoke channel using the swabs (7 - fig. F) moving the relative metal levers up and down.
• Suction clean the tube below the smoke channel (6 - fig. E)
• Clean the smokebox.

SEASONAL MAINTENANCE

Consists in:
• Clean the stove internally and externally
• Carefully clean the heat exchange tubes
• Carefully clean and remove dirt from the combustion burner and the relative compartment
• Clean fans, verify mechanical and clamp loosening
• Clean smoke channel
• Clean smoke duct (see weekly cleaning)
• Clean smoke extraction fan compartment, check thermocouple, Vacuum gauge.
• Clean, inspect and scrape any residue from the ignition resistance compartment and if necessary, replace it
• Visually inspect the electrical wires, connections and power cable
• Clean the pellet hopper cleaning and verify feed screw-gear motor assembly clearances
• Check the door seal and replace if necessary.
• Functionality test: feed screw loading, ignite, let it run for 10 minutes and shutdown
If the stove is used very often, it is recommended to clean the smoke channel every 3 months.
