1)
Select CLASSIC and then press CUSTOM 1, CUSTOM 2 or CUSTOM 3.
2)
Press the + or - next to the map at the bottom of the screen to add or delete stages.
3)
Press a stage number from the map at the bottom of the screen.
4)
Set speed, elevation and time using SLIDER ARROWS.
5)
Repeat steps 3–4 to edit each stage.
6)
Press START at any time to begin using your custom workout. The CUSTOM 1, 2 or 3 workout will be saved
automatically.
