Install centrifugal fountain head to motor assembly.
a) Position impeller shroud on motor mount as shown (Figure 6). No fasteners are required.
b) Align the splines of impeller to splines of motor shaft (Figures 6 and 7), and push the entire assembly down onto the
motor shaft (Figure 8). After activation the impeller will seat itself to the correct location on the motor shaft.
c) Rotate the pump head assembly slightly to align four ¼-20 x 3-3/4" bolts to holes in motor mount. Tighten four bolts
in an alternating fashion, torquing each to 50 in-lb (Figure 8).
d) Install water plenum and nozzle gasket on top of the pump head assembly. Secure with four ¼-20 x 1/2" bolts
in an alternating fashion, torquing each to 50 in-lb (Figure 9).
e) Choose the nozzle with your desired fountain pattern and install inside the water plenum (Figure 10).
f) Secure nozzle using two 10-24 x 1/2" screws provided. Tighten to hand-tight condition with screwdriver.
