Step 1
Unit Wiring

and local electrical and plumbing codes as well as the National Electrical Code (NEC).
e) Line voltage:
i. Check product nameplate label for proper voltage required. Do not connect to voltage other than that shown on
product nameplate label.
ii. Connect power cord to line voltage specified on motor and nameplate.
iii. If application requires the power cord to be hardwired, wiring is as follows:
Green (or green/yellow)—ground.  Black (or brown)—line.  White (or blue)—neutral.
f)
An unprotected power cord, running from water's edge to receptacle, will be susceptible to damage.
It is recommended the cord be protected inside a conduit that meets all national, state, and local codes.
Step 2
Product is now ready for System Operation Testing. Proceed to Operation Testing section.
