12.6. Cleaning the unit
Make sure there are no foreign objects or dust inside the unit.
12.7. Grounding condition
Check for the perfect connection of the unit to the general grounding grid in the installation, making sure that no
defects are in the joining cable, along with checking for the electric continuity between the equipotential points
with the right tools.
12.8. Thermostat condition
Confirm the proper performance of the heating thermostat, along with the performance of the associated resistor.
Check that it is set to 20ºC and if not, set it to this value.
12.9. Status of circuit breakers
Perform the following operations, once a year in normal operating conditions, or immediately in the case of a
short-circuit:
•
Remove the dust or black smoke with a dry, clean cloth.
•
Control the surfaces of the extraction contacts on the removable versions (part mobile and part fixed),
clean and lubricate.
•
Without activating it, perform an opening, closing, and trip of the breaker, and check that it is operating
correctly.
•
Make sure the connections are tightened along with the fastening bolts.
12.10. CPU Condition
The start-up LED must be lit red, and the diagnostic LED (OK and ON) must be lit green.
12.11. Status of the inputs/outputs
If applicable, check the proper status of each card, along with the input/output signals, checking for the
performance and proper reading in the CPU.
