MEMORIZING WORK TIME AND PAUSE
Memorizing is possible only if all the N.C. inputs are closed (green LEDs on).
1. Power the MEC 10 panel
2. Position the bar at 45° from the ground line.
3. Place the JMP1 jumper on the MEMORIZING ENABLED position. The flashing light turns on.
4. Press the OPEN/CLOSE* push button and check on the gates that the first maneuver is a closing one (for this
reason it is recommended to start with the gates slightly open); if this is not the case, reverse motor polarities.
5. Having reached the closed position after 2 seconds the motors will start the opening maneuver. Wait for the
maneuver to be completed (when the motors have stopped).
6. The panel will now start counting the PAUSE time (automatic re-closing); once the required time has elapsed
press the OPEN/CLOSE* push button and let it finish closing.
7. Place the JMP1 jumper back onto the MEMORIZING EXCLUDED position and check that the flashing light turns
off. Now work time and pause have been memorized.
* Either the OPEN/CLOSE push button or a transmitter (if already memorized) can be used indifferently.
EQUIPMENT DATA
The control panels for the automatic opening of models MEC 10, comply with the following characteristics:
Power voltage: 19 V dc
Voltage of the power circuits that supply the motors: 19 V dc
Auxiliary circuit voltage: 19 V dc
electronic circuit voltage: 19 V dc
the equipment is guaranteed to work outdoors under normal working conditions which are specified below:
* ambient temperatures no higher than 40°C (average value referring to a time of 24 hours no higher than 35°C)
* ambient temperatures no lower than -25°C
* temporary relative humidity up to 100% at 25°C
nominal current of the motor's power circuit: 10 A
nominal current of the auxiliary circuits: 5 A.
