Flex power supply is possible in 4 different ways
1. Internal Lithium Battery. With its internal battery you can turn on Flex and use it
without be connected to a power supply. The battery lasts more than 1h 30 minutes.
2. OBD2 Socket. Flex can be powered through its OBD2 socket using the OBD cable.
3. Battery adapter cable. Flex can be powered through a battery cable adapter.
4. Main power Supply. Flex can be powered through its main power supply adaptor.
5. USB port. Flex can be powered through its USB port.
Methods 2,3,4 recharges the internal lithium battery. Complete recharge time is
approximately 4h. When the led is red it indicates that the battery is recharging. When the
led is green it indicates that the battery is fully charged.
When you use method 2,3,4,5 Flex automatically turns on without press any buttons.

Flex is able to work with all 3 technology and witch in any moment form one to the
other
•
Bluetooth. Advantage: ready when Flex swtich ON. Disadvantage: when PC
establish a new communication ther is from 2 to 6 seconds latency
•
USB. Advantage. No time loose in Radiofrequency pairing. Disadvantage: ground
mismatch and wire technology
In terms of data transfer all 2 technologies are optimized so you can use the
preferred technology based on your needs and your experience
