Caution, mower protection! Do not remove
residual clippings from mower housing by hand or
with your feet; use a suitable device, e.g. brush or
hand broom. In doing so, disconnect circuit break-
er for your own safety.

Battery runtime

Battery runtime depends mainly on characteristics of
lawn, as well as cutting height adjustment. Another fac-
tor is frequent starting and stopping during mowing,
which also can reduce battery runtime.
Handle battery and mower as described in the instruc-
tions.
You will achieve an optimal battery runtime when mow-
ing your lawn more frequently, thus keeping it short.

Correct battery storage!

For your safety!
It is essential that you also follow the "Safety instruc-
tions for handling charger and battery" in chapter
"Important safety instructions".
Caution, mower protection! The battery should
not be stored uncharged. Though self discharge is
minimal, an empty battery can be destroyed if
stored for an extended period. Thus, observe the
following instructions if not in use for an extended
period (e.g. during winter):
– Store battery at a charge status of approx. 40 -
60 %.
– Store battery in a dry, elevated, closed, frost-
protected space at a temperature between 0 °C
and + 45 °C. When storage temperature is

– If battery is not used for 6 months or more,
recharge it for about 2 hours until it reaches 40 -
60 % capacity.

The cutting equipment of your mower has been optimal-
ly set before leaving our facility. If the lawn cut becomes
untidy after longer use, correct the lower blade position.

roller 16 points upward.
Next, insert the supplied thickness gauge on the left

side between the blade of the blade roller 16 and the
lower blade 20. Turn the hexagonal screw with a 10
mm open-end wrench clockwise until the thickness
gauge is lightly in contact. Repeat this procedure on
the right-hand side of mower.

Rotate the blade roller to test it; none of the 5 blades
should touch or grind against the lower blade.
Carry out a cutting test with a newspaper, as shown.

To rotate the blade roller, turn only at the roller.
Never put your hand into the cutting equip-
ment!

How to mow your lawn correctly

For your safety!
It is essential that you also follow the "General safety
instructions" as well as the "Safety instructions for
operation of mower" in chapter "Important safety
instructions".
Caution, risk of injury from rotat-
ing and sharp cutting equipment!
