USEFUL TIPS/FIRST FEW USES OF THE BREAD MACHINE
When used for the first time, the appliance may emit some smoke or smell due to possible
manufacturing residue. Run a baking cycle to make a loaf of bread to be thrown away,
following the instructions in the "USE" paragraph.
•
To learn how to use the breadmaker, we recommend trying the various recipes as
explained, using the indicated ingredients and without changing the doses. This will
make you familiar with the various programs and accessories. You may then start
varying the ingredients to your taste or adapting them to your own personal diet.
•
When trying the recipes, we recommend changing one ingredient at a time (e.g.
different type of flour, using oil instead of butter, etc.). This will make it easier to
detect any possible defect or difference compared to the original recipe. When you
make greater changes (e.g. different type of yeast instead of the one indicated in
the recipe) or if you wish to make your own recipe, moving away from the suggested
ones, it is important to keep the rising and baking sessions under control to prevent
the dough from coming out of the containers.
