Troubleshooting
The robot freezes
at the edge of the
window.
The bottom and top
indicator lights are
continuous RED and
BLUE.
The robot beeps twice
while it is cleaning.
The robot makes a
grinding sound.
The robot is turned
on, its suction fan is
activated but the Start/
Pause button does not
work.
The robot is plugged
in but the power cable
comes out easily.
1. There is a problem
with the edge
sensors.
2. The frames are less
than 5 mm thick.
There is a problem with
the robot's suction.
The edge sensors
detect a gap (edgeless
windows).
The window or edge
sensors are too dirty.
The safety tether is not
connected to the robot
correctly.
The power cable is
not connected to the
extension cord.

1. Switch the robot off and
then place it back on the
window.
2. The robot has not
adapted to the frame of
the surface.
Put the robot back on the
window.
The robot is not suitable for
cleaning edgeless surfaces.
1. Use a yellow cleaning
pad to clean the window.
2. Clean the edge detectors
and continuous tracks.
Check that the safety tether
is connected to the robot cor-
rectly and that the connector
is locked in correctly.
Connect the extension cord
to the power cable.
